We currently ship to the 48 contiguous United States only, unless otherwise stated in the product description. Please read the description on each specific product page carefully to see the shipping and handling expenses.
All orders are shipped from one of our warehouses in the United States. Please be aware that orders placed with multiple items may arrive in separate packages, and may arrive on different days, depending on the warehouse from which it was shipped. Orders placed Monday thru Friday before 12pm will be processed the same day. Orders placed on Friday after 12:00 pm EST, Saturday, Sunday, or national holidays will be processed the next business day. If any delays should occur, we will contact you by email. Please allow up to 15 days for deliveries to arrive.
You will receive an email with tracking information once the package has been shipped. If you don't receive your tracking information within 48 hours of making your order then please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Allow at least 48 business hours for the tracking to update.
Please notify us within 6 hours if you would like to cancel your order. If an order is placed during a sale, we are unable to cancel orders.
We accept Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diner's Club, Apple Pay, and Shopify Pay.
Orders shipped within the state of Maryland will be charged a sales tax of 6%. Orders shipped outside of Maryland are not subject to sales tax.
International Customs Fees
We currently do not accept orders placed outside the United States.
Lost/ Stolen Packages
After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
