Maverick's Attic Vintage Co. Shipping Policy

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 7 business days

Shipments may or may not be handled and delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high number of orders, we will notify you of any delays via the email address you provided at checkout. 

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We ship all domestic packages through USPS Priority Mail or First Class mail unless otherwise noted. 

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

We currently use only USPS methods of shipping, which makes it easy to deliver to a P.O Box, or APO/FPO address. We suggest tracking your package and picking it up as soon as possible. Any shipments that do not fit in your box will be sat aside by the postmaster and you must retrieve it from them.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation via email within 15 minutes of your order being placed. Your tracking information will be sent to your email as soon as the order is fulfilled, usually within 1-3 business days, but may take up to 7 business days. 

Customs, duties, and taxes

Maverick's Attic Vintage Co. is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Maverick's Attic Vintage Co. is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not offer International shipping. We ship to domestic USA only.

Returns Policy

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please notify us immediately to discuss returning the item and receiving a refund.

WE GUARANTEE 100% CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. 

To return an item and receive a refund, simply submit a return request through our Contact Us page. You will receive a notice regarding the status of your return within 48 hours.

Requirements for Returns & Other Information:

  • Must be returned within 45 days of purchase.
  • Must include a valid original purchase order number from Maverick's Attic. 
  • Returned products must be in their original packaging without any missing contents.
  • Returned products not in their original packaging, or with missing contents, are subject to a minimum $10 USD restocking fee.
  • Return shipping is at the buyer's cost, unless stated otherwise by our support team.
  • Customer will be given a full refund for the price of the product as well as the original shipping and handling fees.
  • You will be notified once the package has been safely received and processed at our facility.
  • We suggest adding a tracking number/delivery confirmation on returned packages to ensure your return is received.
  • Maverick's Attic is not liable for lost or stolen return packages during transit/delivery.
  • Your refund will be issued once we receive the returned package at our facility.
